Guest Information
Office Hours are 9 am – 5 pm Saturday to Thursday; Friday 9 am to 9 pm. Closed Good Friday & Christmas Day.
Arrival & Departure Times - check in after 2 pm; Depart by 10 am.
Late arrivals - please arrange after hours key pickup during office hours (advise also if you require linen to be left out for you).
Gate Keys – Please be aware Bunya Mountains Titles & Bunya Mountains Rainforest Estate both have locked gate entrances. Friends may need to obtain an entry key from the office. A $10 refundable deposit is required
Mobile Reception – is patchy. Best obtained in sight of tower on top of Mt Mowbullan. Public phones are located opposite General Store. These are no phones in the houses.
Messages – we are happy to take messages for you. Please call at the office to collect.
Availability of Houses – phone our office or check availability online.
Bookings – please phone our office on 0746683126 or book online.
Discounts - All of our homes offer special mid week (Mon. – Thurs nights inclusive) & weekly rates out of school holidays. Mid week prices start from $70/night (2 night min.) and vary for each house. Stay 7 nights pay for 6 out of school holidays. See “Summer Specials” link for more details or phone our office on 46683126.
Advance Bookings – book up to 2 years in advance from 1st November in any given year. Long weekends have a 3 night min. (in Friday); Easter a 4 night min. (in Thursday) and Christmas a 4 night min. (in Christmas Eve or before).
Lost Property – we will do our best to collect & return to you COD
Gas Bottles – if you find this bottle empty, please exchange for a full one at the General Store. The cost will be borne by the owner of the property.
