Confirmation of Booking
Please pay a $140/property deposit within 14 days of booking to secure your holiday. Alternatively if you are planning on arriving before the 14 day period a deposit is required at time of booking.  Phone our office on 46683126 with credit card details, ask for our account details or send a cheque or money order to S Unwin Trust Account, Mail Service 501 Dalby. Q  4405.  Be sure to include for reference: Home Name, Booking Dates and Return Address details.  A receipt, credit card slip (if applicable) and our guest information leaflet will be posted to you by return mail.  We will email a confirmation and attach the guest information leaflet for all online bookings.

Price Changes Confirmation of booking is accepted on the basis that the rental price quoted may be INCREASED without notice.  In general terms any price changes will occur from 1st April in any given year.  See this web site or phone our office on 07 4668 3126 for current pricing. Please check your receipt and contact our Office immediately should there be any discrepancies with dates.  Our system will default to 2 people on your receipt.  Please confirm numbers on arrival.

Cancellations or Changes to Bookings.  Should you need to cancel your booking, your deposit will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of $20, provided we can re-book.  If property is NOT rebooked you will forfeit your deposit. Changing an existing booking is at the office's discretion.  An administration fee of $5 applies & confirmation details will be posted to you.

Advance Bookings  – book up to 2 years in advance from 1st November in any given year.

Office Hours are 9 am - 5 pm Saturday to Thursday; Friday 9 am to 9 pm
Closed Good Friday & Christmas Day
Book up to 2 years in advance from 1st NOVEMBER in any given year.
Easter requires a 4 night minimum booking to arrive THURSDAY
Christmas bookings require 4 night minimum IN Christmas Eve (or before)
All Long weekends require a 3 night minimum
Weekends Most homes have a 2 night minimum on normal weekends.
Mid week Discounts require a 2 night minimum stay

PETS are not permitted. 

Weddings, Wedding Receptions or Large Gatherings are NOT permitted in any private homes without prior consent from home owner and relevant Body Corporate Committee. Please contact our office for more information - (07) 4668 3126

Noise – please enjoy the beauty and peace of the mountains with your friends but keep noise to a minimum as a consideration to others.   All music and other  loud noise must cease by 11pm.

CLEANING
We hope that you have an enjoyable holiday at our beautiful mountain. Before you vacate please note that our housekeeping staff are not paid to wash & dry your dishes, to dispose of your rubbish, move furniture back to original position or return any items from your property back to the correct property.  A minimum charge of $75 will apply if these items are not attended too or the chalet is left in an unacceptably dirty condition.

DISCLAIMER. The Agent makes the booking in good faith.  However we cannot accept responsibility for unforseen actions by an owner that may result in changes to a property or cancellation of a booking.  Every reasonable endeavour will be made to offer alternative accommodation should this situation occur.

Hire Linen - Please collect & RETURN to the office or a $30 collection fee
will apply.

Damage to Property or Breakages – The tenant accepts to reimburse such costs to the Owner of the property.

Lost Property – we will do our best to collect & return to you COD
